Defective closure

I bought these for my birthday and one of the closures was defective and fell out and is now lost. It was a complete waste of $360. I am so upset with the quality and not sure if I will be able to return one earring. Very disappointing

very poor quality control

I ordered these for a gift, and the back earring catch was defective on one of them. I was very disappointed. I had to return them and find something else for my mother's Christmas gift at the last minute.
