Fraud BEWARE

Ordered this as an anniversary gift. Came promptly in Rapport box with Rapport gift bag and “certificate of authenticity”. After unwrapping it and opening I noticed it was not the color or material as pictured. When I opened the lid, the brand embroidered “Allison Ross” which is a MUCH cheaper brand. I contacted customer support who tried to tell me they couldn’t help me. After some escalation of the issue they offered a refund, but not an exchange. So I’m left without a replacement. Im not sure if it’s intentionally fraud or just complete negligence to verify their products. Either way, I would caution anyone buying this. Buy from someone else.
