Good Bed-Not Great With Bedding

Sometimes slow to respond to the setting selected. Sheets become unfastened with movement.

Poor Customer Service

Still waiting for Bloomingdale's to return with the right hardware to attach my headboard to the temperpedic frame I purchased. They came without the right hardware. Second time waited through 6:00pm-again, the wrong hardware. When I use the temperpedic setttings, my pillows fall to the floor as my headboard is still not attached and the unattached headboard bangs against the wall. After spending $20,000 on 4 beds, I expect better customer service and a bed I can enjoy.

Great bed

Great sturdiness, and all the features work great.
