worst customer service

Order placed 2/21 with a 4 week lead time to arrive at their warehouse to then schedule a delivery - yay 3/20 Received a delay notice that it would arrive 4/01 - bummer but ok 4/12 received a delay notice that it would arrive 4/30 - again? bummer but ok 5/3 it arrived to the warehouse, now I can schedule the delivery, first available delivery date is 6/24. - what? We've waited a long time is there anything that can be done about this? Nope. Bummer. I guess there is nothing we can do about that. 6/24 comes and goes, no delivery, no update. 6/25 I get a call in the morning that they are at our home to deliver - that would have been nice to know on 6/24 so we could be there for it. They say they will give us a call to reschedule. No call came 6/26 I call asking when I can get it delivered, but they have to call me back. they don't call back. 6/27 I've called again and being told next delivery date is 8/26. I am currently on hold for 1 hr. 12 minutes and counting.
