Very Pretty

Love the look of this purse. Will enjoy using it. I have many purses by different designes & this has become one of my favorites. It's a tad small but fits my iPhone, cc case, 2 lipsticks, glasses & keys.

Very Disappointing Experience

Ordered a Tory Burch bag from Bloomingdale’s and the experience was terrible. The item arrived poorly packed, without proper brand packaging, and the bag itself looked old and worn out. Completely unacceptable for a premium product. I waited for the Black Friday sale, and now I’d have to pay more to reorder. I should have bought directly from Tory Burch instead. Very disappointed. Added review on Google as well. Hopefully it ll help someone and prevent them from making the same mistake.

Received a totally different bag

I ordered a TB Kira Small Chevron shoulder bag as shown in the picture. I received a different style Tory Burch bag. It also looks old stock or maybe used, definitely not new.
