Doesn't work
I was so excited to get it.... I got it all out, cleaned up the endless packing, trimmed the box perfectly so i could keep it in that while sat n the cabinet. Then prepared to chop my bounty of onions to go in the freezer. I plugged it in, turned it on and absolutely nothing happened. It doesnt work at all. All the trouble removing the packing, cutting and taping the box together to replace it with my kitchen aid and not even a click. Also, to note its not noticeable online but on the back side is a spot that looks to be difficult to get to for cleaning but easy to get food in. No container to store sharp blades in, either.

Do not Buy. Expensive "cheaply-made product
Food, such as carrots, constantly get stuck between blade and lid. I have to unplug, lift lid,remove pieces, assemble again, plug in and go. Then, the process starts over again until I'm done with large batch shredding. Totally regret replacing my grandmother's old yellow vintage food processor that never did this! I do not recommend this product for shredding at all!! Total waste of my money since this is the main purpose for which I bought it.

Not my first, perhaps not my last
I would t use any other food processor. This is the third time I’ve purchased this model and if I ever need another one, it will be the same. Great results and multiple uses. Highly recommend.
