Earrings Perfect. Packing and Shipment Terrible

I have purchased much Ippolita jewelry over the years and I'm a big fan. Unfortunately I lost a pair of earrings that I loved so I bought a replacement pair. I was very disappointed in the packing. I did not receive an Ippolita pouch to properly keep them in nor a polishing cloth. They were thrown loosely in a bloomingdales cardboard box and were just rolling around. Not the proper way to ship beautiful jewelry.
