Arrived Shattered

This very small pitcher arrived shattered. It was only placed in a cardboard box with no packing materials whatsoever. Now I realize 3 days late (after the Christmas buying period) that the return window has expired. This is the third time I have ordered Jars from Bloomingdales and each time items have arrived broken.
