The fragrance itself is great, but I was disappointed with my online order. The product appeared to have been previously used and did not arrive sealed. I understand that Jo Malone fragrances typically do not come wrapped; however, the spray nozzle already smelled strongly of the fragrance, and it was evident that the atomizer had been pressed prior to arrival. For a premium product, I expected to receive a brand-new, unused bottle.
