I have quality sets from Ruffoni, Mauviel, Le Creuset

This set beat them all. Balance, heat , control , performance, non-stick (Titum) and clean up. My only frustration is the set that bought Pro Bond Luxe had only one piece with the Titum finish. I ended up buying a separate piece in addition. Now Hestan is offering the entire set as Titum finished. Seared meats without sticking on lower heat, perfect omelettes. This stuff is great and will inspire you to cook more fresh foods confidently. It’s expensive but so far I think it is a worthwhile investment.
