Cleans off eye make up but leaves oily coating

Was very disappointed. It was oily. I hoped by “shaking well” it wouldn’t be. But that didn’t help. I am returning it.

Package arrived wet as bottles leaked

Bottle was not tightly secured so it leaked. They need to secure bottle then bubble wrap which which is what they’ve done in the past.

Gentle, but works great
