Family owned for seven generations, WÜSTHOF was founded in Solingen, Germany over 200 years ago. With the world's widest blade selection, the Classic series is timelessly iconic, delivering professional-grade quality at an accessible price point. Since 1886, Classic has been the choice of food enthusiasts and professionals alike, delivering unmatched performance and reliability. Forged from a single block of High Carbon Stainless Steel and tempered to 58-degree HRC, WÜSTHOF's Precision Edge Technology (PEtec) yields a blade that is 20% sharper with twice the edge retention than previous models. The 14° blade angle on each side offers superior sharpness, and the triple-riveted POM handles offer lasting durability and comfort with a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration. The Trident logo on the handle is permanent and wear-resistant too. If you want an investment piece that will stand the test of time and perform flawlessly, Classic is for you.

So excited to use!

I received a set from my neighbor whom is selling their home. My knuckle barely touched the blade and I got a slight cut. I am so excited to use these, I could hardly believe how sharp the knives are.

My 9th Block Purchase

These are my favorite knifes. They are strong and have a wonderful warranty policy. I have purchased two block sets for my self but haven given blocks as shower gifts to my family. We are all good cooks but I believe if you elevate your cooking products you elevate your cooking.

A gift for a baker!

I purchased this set for a friend of mine and she absolutely loves it! She had a set of old JA Henkels she won at a party at her work. I would never allow someone to own a set of JA Henkels when they could own set of WÜSTHOF knives lol.

I use them daily and the work very well. Appear to be high quality. I’ll see how well they last after a lot of use.
