Great Quality Knife
I purchased the 7" Santoku knife after I tried the 5" that came in the set I ordered. Both Santoku knives are my most used knives now.

My Favorite

This knife is a dream
I’ve used Wusthof knives for many years, mostly the Classic line. When it was time to replace my Hollow Edge Santoku because the handle cracked (which Wusthof graciously and efficiently replaced under their lifetime warranty) I upgraded slightly to the Classic Ikon. I’ve never loved a knife more. I honestly can’t believe how comfortable it is to hold, it’s not too heavy for my small hands and oh so sharp. I use it daily for just about everything. It truly is a dream to use.
