Roller Ball doesn’t work

I’ve tried rolling this along my wrist, keeping it stored upside down, and checking to see if there was some sort of cover I was supposed to remove on the roller ball before applying and I simply can’t not get much if any of the product out. Disappointing.

I love the rollerball applicator for this, it's very cooling and easy to apply. I am unsure how much this has helped my fine lines though, and it is so thin that if you have very dry skin, you may feel the need to use a cream after this product. For the price, I will have to use up the entire thing to make my judgement.

Still Unsure... Feels nice, but not sure how well it works!

Love the cooling effect, but I'm not certain of its efficacy. Will continue using until I have finished the bottle, and then see if I will purchase again.
