Looks okay,missing Scoop and Broken

I was excited to get this; I have a party coming up and needed a second ice bucket. I opened the box and there was no scoop. I assumed it was in the bucket, so I turned the bucket upside down, since there was no knob. The lid came off and the knob was inside the bucket. Alas no scoop. I might have kept this had it been in new/unbroken condition, but I must return. I will try the Orrefors crystal bucket.

So disappointed

Ordered this ice bucket as a gift. A screw fell out of the handle when the recipients opened it. We found the screw and fixed it. Now the weld joint has failed where the handle attaches.
