Looks awesome but stopped working within a year!

Hello, I bought 2 of the this watch for gift giving. And one has stopped working. If the battery is dead, can the company mail me the battery for this watch. Such expensive watch and it stopped working specially after given as gift. I feel disappointed and don’t know what to do. Please guide.
