Great bag but ...
I bought this bag about a month ago and it's what I've been looking for for several years. I loved that there were two straps to change the look of the bag. I fell hard for the more casual black-fabric strap, until it broke while on vacation. Actually the hook holding the strap to the bag broke. Luckily there was a second strap for this purse. Other than the hook issue, this bag is perfect. Everything I could want in a casual bag - outside pockets, interior pockets, great size, love the contrast zipper - this is a 5 star bag except for this faulty hook. Hopefully, no one else will have this issue. For now, I bought a small hook to jimmy the strap to the bag, but a replacement strap would make this 5-stars.

Perfect bag, BUT missing one of the straps!
This bag is exactly what I was looking for. Part of the reason I chose it is because it comes with two different strap options. However, it only came with one of the straps, and when I contacted customer service they’re unable to help. Bloomingdale’s doesn’t give them the ability to do anything but refund my money and tell me to return the bag. All I want is a replacement strap, or a replacement bag. They say they don’t have any more in stock, but they do still have the same exact bag, inexplicably listed at $228 instead of $198, which is what it was originally listed at, and what it costs from the Botkier website and other retailers. Now I missed out on Black Friday sales elsewhere, so I’ll have to pay more to replace it, and also have to take a trip to the post office to return this bag. Frustrating.
