It’s a hiligher to be used sparingly

It’s a very small container of hilighter. I chose the paler color, and I am fair. It’s very pale on my skin with an almost blue cast. It is more of a product to hilight in great moderation after my makeup is done because it is creamy, but more solid in the pot. I have oily lids, so I will not use this on or around my eyes. I place it on my cheeks sparingly, but this is a “No” for me. There are several more beautiful and wearable products available.
