Do not buy or support this company

Warning... I usually do not post reviews but Bloomingdales needs to be aware of this company. We purchased this set a couple of years ago and were looking into expanding our collection. We went to the company's independent site to order some things we wanted doubles of. This company received our order and charged our card. 1 month later the order still has not shipped. We have contacted the company multiple times with email and phone (1 phone goes straight to voicemail and 1 phone does not exist anymore) with 0 communication. Looking online, it seems like this has been happening to multiple people over the last 2 years. We are very frustrated and will be doing a charge back and reporting them to BBB.
