So far I love it

So far I love it. I have used my braiser for a few meals since receiving it. It is beautiful, cooks evenly and is easy to clean. I feel great about the enamel cast iron compared to non stick options that degrade after use. Excited to have this for years to come.

Dependable and a joy to use

I'm giving my 20+ years old yellow braiser to my daughter as a memory of good food together. I am thrilled with the new modern teal color. At age 80, it's time to upgrade my colors!

Le Creuset 3.5-Qt. Braiser-First Use

I am excited to say that the color was more vibrant than expected. I first used the pan to saute Italian squash with cheddar cheese added at the end. I was a bit concerned if the cheese would be difficult to clean; however, it was a very easy process and the braiser worked perfectly. I am looking forward to my next cooking experience with this Cast Iron Braiser!
