lovely color and feeling
I've always had Mikasa earthenware and it was tough as nails while raising 3 kids, but 44 years later, I wanted something simple, lightweight and it had to fit in my dishwasher without snuggles, and be microwave, oven and dishwasher safe. This fit the bill.... I love the color and the surface feels like china only better. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Smaller, but color is nice
Smaller than I thought it would be! I was under the impression it would be a family-size pasta serving bowl, but even so I feel it barely fits a box of mac and cheese (a personal serving size for my favorite guilty pleasure).
Beautiful! Don’t be dissuaded by 1 star reviews!
Like is a line of villeroy & boch- are the reviewers below THAT oblivious??? A ton of my dinnerware beyond this collection (which is also on the villeroy website), says like on the bottom if the plate/bowl. Beautiful collection, love the blue color.

Nice porcelain dishes
I ordered the blue and the natural. I'm happy with both colors. The natural is a nice creamy white. I noticed other reviewers mentioned that the dishes are from a company called Like. All of my dishes say on the bottom "Like by Villeroy and Boch". And they appear to be the same quality as other Villeroy and Boch dishes I have seen. These dishes are definitely sturdy enough for daily use. They are a little heavier than I expected, but I still like them. I do wish they would also come in a light green.

The brand is not Villeroy & Boch
Purchased this a whole back, they are cute and I will keep them but the brand is called Like- not what it is advertised as.

Love!
I love these bowls! They're a nice size, I love the graceful sloped sides, and the color is a perfect compliment to my Artesano white dinner plates.
