Rusted after a week and holes clogged up

Terrible quality. Rusted after a week, impossible to open to bottom to refill, the holes are clogged up and unable to clean. Non-functional junk. I own a few objet pieces and all of them are the same low quality. I contacted the company for resolution and they weren’t helpful.
