Must HAVE for bright EYES!

LOVE!!! Boosted Contouring Eye Balm is my favorite eye "cream". . . it melts in with small dab around the under eye and outward. . . between the brows and even a bit on my upper lip line. There is no harsh smell or acid like feel.
