Light and pretty but not worth the price

These earrings are cute. I bought them at half price. They are extremely light so I like them because they won’t pull on my ears. My main concern is the way the earrings close. I can’t tell if they close properly. I didn’t notice this until I took them out and closed them. The backs don’t quite align so I have to be very careful that they fit in. For $1500 they’re a hard no but for $500, I might decide to keep them. I just hope I don’t lose one.
