Covered in black tarnish

Folks...I bought this in 2019, put it in my cabinet and did not wear it much. Pulled it out, it is covered in black tarnish. I reached out to customer service with the order number, order date, and shipping info, plus the original emails confirming the purchase, and the answer was essentially 'sorry, we have no record of this purchase.' They will not give me a return credit or refund. After I reached out to them again, they said I could go to a Bloomingdale's store and see if it is under warranty. Huh? I do not even live anywhere near a Bloomingdales store. I ordered it online. I will never be shopping at Bloomingdale's again.

Disc Pendant Necklace is poorly made.

Sorry to say this is a cheap looking pendant. The Disc on it can come of very easily.

It's nice

The piece is nice but if I had paid the full retail price, I wouldn't be too happy. It is nice at the sale price though. I bought several for my wife and daughters.
