Love new watch!

Wonderful experience with watch purchase. Links needed to be removed to fit properly and Bloomingdales referred a repair shop (Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair) within the Mall who were excellent. Bloomingdales reimbursed the cost. Additionally the battery needed to be replaced which was also taken care of and I was reimbursed by Bloomingdales. Enjoying new watch very much.

White Ceramic Watch

This watch is gorgeous! I am replacing a white ceramic watch that has been an all-time favorite for many years & can no longer be fixed, so the bar is quite high for my expectations and probably why I didn’t give it a 5 star rating. The watch face doesn’t have digits which is something I have to get used to, but this is an absolutely beautiful piece of jewelry!

Invisible hands!

I bought this because I wanted a black watch. However, you can’t make out the time because the hands are black on a black face. The hand looked much lighter in the picture. Sorry, I had to return it.

Started out scared

First watch came defected ceramic cracked around bezel, but was immediately replaced without hesitation which made me have a nice peace of mind. Beautiful watch such a soft color wife is in love. Bloomingdale's staff is amazing thank you so much for all your help
