Very disappointed!

Bloomingdales did not post my previous review with photos, perhaps they do not like negatives, but I am determined to get this info out. The glasses are OK, I bought two sets. A bit thick but supposed to be chip/break resistant. I broke one, two others chipped on the rim during normal use. I packed and shipped them following instructions on enclosed paperwork which said they would replace chipped items. The box was returned to me unopened and repeated calls to their customer service number would not go through. Clearly they have no intention of honoring this warranty, therefore it should not be given! Will NOT buy again and do not recommend.
