Less cravings! I do enjoy

Less cravings! I do enjoy drinking this. I do forget to take it 30 min before so that’s my only struggle. Weekends are my hard times because of my kids but I carry a vitamin holder and try to remind myself to take it before eating . I can’t wait to see more results from this !!!!

Love skinny bird! It gives

Love skinny bird! It gives me energy and also helps me with cravings. Before skinny bird i felt like a bottomless pit when it came to eating but now i have noticed my cravings and hungry have significantly been reduced. I will definitely continue taking skinny bird.
