Very Disappointing

This carafe was average at best but, more disappointing, was that I bought it off of the bridal gift registry and it arrived in a huge box with very little packing...NOT GIFT WRAPPED...and no gift card for the couple. I was so happy that it was delivered to me instead of the couple. I would have been embarrassed for them to have received this gift in the state I received it. When I called customer service they said that, even though it was purchased off of their wedding gift registry, that it did not qualify for gift wrapping. I have no idea why. The agent I spoke with was as unhelpful and unsympathetic as possible. I am pretty much done with Bloomingdales which, after almost 45 years of being an avid shopper, has pretty much lost my business.
