Love OSEA, but this product is a major miss

I genuinely love OSEA and use several of their products, but this one was such a disappointment. The formula separates significantly, almost like oil and water, which makes the packaging completely impractical. It comes in a glass pump bottle, so constantly having to shake and remix the product is awkward and not particularly user-friendly.What frustrated me even more is that I couldn’t find any clear notice on the packaging explaining that separation is expected or that the product needs to be shaken before use. If a formula naturally separates, that really needs to be communicated to the customer and the packaging should be designed accordingly.Unfortunately, the entire experience made me dislike using the product regardless of its actual skincare benefits. For the price and the quality I normally expect from OSEA, this just feels poorly thought out. Absolutely would not repurchase.

Velvet skin juice

I love this product. I bought the jumbo size and have no regrets! It is like liquid coconut oil with the most amazing skincare benefits. It takes a little while to sink in but my skin is like velvet once it does!i use as a hydrating treatment on the ends of my hair as well, and it performes better than other hair oils ive tried!
