where is my package

I got an email from you this morning telling me that the package was delivered, but it was not in fact delivered. I called 800-777-0000 and the service was very unsatisfactory. Very disappointed with your service. You should require your delivery person to take a photo of where they placed the package, like Amazon does. Sorry to use this "review" function to register my complaint but I don't see where else to do it.
