  • about the brand

During his first trip to Delhi, Michael Aram was so captivated by the rich tradition of craftsmanship and centuries-old metalworking techniques that he set up his own studio. More than 30 years later, over 200 local Indian artisans handcraft exquisite tableware, linens, and decorative objects for the home. Inspired by the natural world and drawing on the designer’s background as a painter, a sculptor, and an art historian, the brand’s striking creations pair delicate organic details with signature metalwork.

Inferior

The soap started leaking after a couple of months or so and turned a rusty color. I did not notice any issues until after Bloomingdale's return policy had expired. Bloomingdale's referred me to Michael Aram. Michael Aram informed me that the item had been discontinued and therefore cannot be replaced and that they cannot issue a refund. The White Orchid soap dispenser is of extremely low quality. I ended up putting it in the recycling bin and am out of my money. See the attached photos. I cannot recommend this Michael Aram item, nor Michael Aram in general.

Pretty look however not too durable

I love the LOOK, HOWEVER they almost always RUST out, no matter what kind of soap and no matter how much I try to keep them dry/clean. This is probably the 15th replacement I've purchased!

Horrible Quality Soap Pump

Unfortunately this is such poor quality for this brand. Rusted shortly after purchasing and started leaking within a few months. Do not recommend this product from the Michael Aram line

White orchid soap dispenser showed holes in 1 day.

purchased two and had holes in both of them within two days. Will not purchase anything by this designer that holds liquid. Good Designer but bad workmanship

Michael Aram white orchid soap dispenser

This soap dispenser came very very dirty with three black spots on it that smelled like poop. It was used before and soap was hanging from the head. I had to return it.
