Love these attachments

I used KitchenAid pasta rollers with an earlier iteration of my KitchenAid mixer and loved the results. When I updated my mixer I was eager to replace the rollers so I could continue making pasta.

Quick and Easy to use

Easy and fast way to make fresh pasta sheets, spaghetti and fettuccine. I have enjoyed the taste of fresh pasta and love experimenting with different dough recipes. I use the plain roller for rolling out dough for crackers also.

Ease of use.

Very happy with my purchase. We made our first batch of fettuccine and were surprised how easy it was to make. The pasta attachment made the job a whole lot simpler and smoother, especially once we realised we needed to use extra flour to stop it being sticky. Cleaning the attachment was simply brushing the flour off with the brush provided. The pasta cooked up and tasted superb, will not be buying pasta from supermarkets again.

Pretty disappointed in pasta roller

Received for Christmas as a gift. The roller doesn’t seem to adjust thickness enough. Had one 6-7 years ago that went with the ex in a divorce. Used to be able to see through the sheets of pasta on settings 6-8. This one, on setting 8, the sheets are thicker than store bought fresh lasagna sheets. Pretty bummed
