Litlle goes a long way!
Just one ot two pumps and it doesnt foam. I just wet my face, rub it all around and leave it on for about a minute and wash it off. Such a easy cleanser that I know the good ingredients are doing the work and nourishing my skin. My face feels soft and cleansed. Its doenst feel dry like I stripped my skin or nutrients and protection.

Horrible smell
After reading the last few reviews I decided to say something as well. I have enjoyed all the products at Osea for at least 2 years now. I just received my Ocean Cleanser and I'm very disappointed with the smell. I understand it has seaweed in it but Osea needs to go back to the old formula! I used to feel like I was in the spa while washing my face with the cleanser but not now, I can't wait to get it off my face. I'm not sure if I'll ask to return it but I think I need to find another brand for my cleanser. PLEASE Osea do not change your moisturizers! Otherwise, I think a lot of customers including myself will leave.

Used to love this cleanser but something has changed
I’ve purchased this cleanser multiple times over the years. It had such a pleasant smell and feel to it. I purchased a bottle earlier this year and it was different. It had pretty much no smell to it. Not necessarily, bad, just lacked the smell I loved. I didn’t think too much of it. Thought maybe it was a bad batch or maybe was an old bottle that was past its prime by the time it got to me. But I just purchased another bottle this past week and this time it actually smells pretty bad and didn’t really have that rich feel. I have to unfortunately say I’m pretty disappointed that the formula was changed (as I now see in the comments here). I think I’ll have to watch the comments in the future and see if it’s changed back before I purchase again :/

Not the right product for dry skin
I thought this cleanser was going to be gentle on my skin but actually made it extremely dry, specifically around my lips. Like burning. Right now, I am trying to put a moisturizer to help with the burning sensation.

Great Cleanser - Fantastic Fragrance
I love how gentle the cleaner is on my face and neck. I’m also a bit obsessed with the smell. Feel free to make a lotion with this fragrance. Even my husband likes it.

Awesome!
This cleanser has helped me get rid of my adult acne. It’s really gentle but cleans well. The only drawback is the price. I wish it were not quite so expensive.

Not enough for acne
I’ve been searching for a good face wash for acne and kept getting recommended this face wash. I tried the mud cleanser which did not work for me, so I was hoping this would be it. Unfortunately it was not.. while my face felt clean afterwards, it’s just not enough to actively help with breakouts. I’ve been using it twice daily and have actually had more breakouts though I don’t think it’s from the cleanser based on the way they appeared. It smells great and left my skin feeling fresh, but more of a spa experience versus true clean. I did get the algae mask with this and have been loving that! I love a lot of OSEA products, but this wasn’t one for me and acne prone skin.

Color completely muddy - not as advertised
Got this hoping for the light fresh cleanser advertised, instead of the nice light color the actual product is extremely dirty muddy looking. Almost gross to use! As for the smell, it’s much more intense than described and feels a bit stale smelling. The whole product feels kinda icky. Unfortunate for osea whose products always are 10/10, this one definitley not! Unfortunate loss because the advertisement shows some nice face wash, actual product is not so much.
