I’m obsessed
I’m obsessed - this machine can do (and does it Well) everything I want . Officially there is no need to go to a coffee shop. Lattes cold brew cold foam. All the things. It’s so simple to use . I had a Breville for years and this is just so much easier to use and consistent in quality .

This is the coffee machine I’ve always wanted
The Ninja Luxe Cafe Premiere has been on my wish list ever since it came out. When it finally went on sale, I ordered it as soon as possible. This is the machine I have dreamed about. It makes great espresso, lattes, coffee, and the milk foamer really whips up plant-based milk. It looks great, doesn’t take up much space at all, and it is very easy to clean.

Horrible experience
*photos are of the replacement base received* I bought this about a month ago. Finally settled in after a move, followed the set up process.. okay great i was so excited. Following day I made a drink, yum! *This great!* next day, i get an error code "add beans" no troubleshooting

Don’t Get Rid of Your Old Coffee Machine
The frother stopped working. We went through the warranty process and sent our unit back to be repaired. After a week with no coffee machine we received the same unit with the same problem. Now we are being asked to send it back again before receiving a replacement. Warranty process is inefficient and a massive inconvenience.

Great Machine
I absolutely love how this machine works and fits my kitchen aesthetic. Mostly just love that I can make cold brew and iced coffee with cold foam every morning or my husband can make his hot cup of coffee with right after. it does SO much - you don't have to have much / any skill. Truly worth every penny for the quality of coffee I get compared to the Breville I was using that I never knew how to dial in.

Nice looking machine that's easy to use!
I bought this coffee machine as soon as it was available in Australia as a family member also purchased one and recommended it. This is a great machine which finds the correct grind for you depending on what type of coffee you choose. It makes a great, consistent coffee. The only thing is you can't extract your coffee at the same time as the milk frother. Also there are no settings which allow you to adjust the temperature of the milk. I have also just discovered after just 2 weeks some chrome on the end of the portafilter handle has chipped off and it has not been dropped or knocked.
