Worst purchase

I bought this not even 12 months ago and I am on my second one. Had to deal with return and get a refurbished replacement and it is still not functioning properly. Digital always malfunctions . Can’t get a full cup of coffee Worst peace of a coffee marker i have ever purchased. Accessories are nice and that is all about it

I bought my Ninja® DualBrew Pro Specialty Coffee System about 3 years ago and this system takes your coffee making to the next level. Not only can you do a pot of coffee but you can do single cups. It uses a completely separate water route in case you just want hot water or to make a cup of tea. There for your water never crosses paths with the same lines of water that pump out your coffee.

Unable to purchase a replacement reservoirs

The machine is fantastic, best coffee maker we have had, and we have tried many. My only issue is that the reservoir that came with our machine must have been a defect as it cracked and crumbled on the corner. My husband temporarily fixed it, but we have not been able to find a replacement.

Coffee Grinds in my cup is not a good start

I just bought this and have gone through 5 coffee pods due to coffee grinds in my cup. Definitely not keeping this terrible machine.

Will melt your counter and cause a fire.

I’ve had this coffee pot for a year now. Started having issues with it leaking out the full carafe of water on my counter. Then today I go to move it to clean under it and noticed it had burned and melted my counter. Thank god I saw it when I did. The counter was still hot.
