Don't waste your money
Have just had another one fail which is my second machine in 3 years - outrageous when you take into account the price and reputable manufacturer. Be mindful when you get a replacement it takes over the balance of the warranty so although this one has fallen well short of the 2 year warranty it's for the dump. I enjoy Nespressos coffee so will probably have to get a higher quality model and hope it doesn't happen again.

Gorgeous piece of machinery! Outstanding coffee!
Love the Nespresso Vertuo with the rose gold hardware. I had no trouble setting it up. Just wiped it down, washed pertinent parts, performed a clean out cycle, and this time, I chose to skip the Bluetooth setup. As with any appliance, maintenance is key so I will be sure to run the descalng process as well as the clean out cycle. The coffee is like no other. I drink only Decaf and I really enjoy the Melazio, my favorite, as well as the Espresso Decalf and Sweet Vanilla Decaf. Wonderful and beautiful piece of machinery.

Easy Breezy Espresso Machine
Very easy to use and convenient. The coffe is average and I did have some issues at the beginning when I made my first few cups.

Très déçu
Très déçu de cette machine. Fermeture nécessite d’appliquer de la force. Pas de créma persistante, disparaît au bout de quelques minutes. Café pas assez chaud. Le résultat ressemble à un café filtre (au prix de Nespresso…). Plastique fragile. Très bon service après-vente de Nespresso, garantie de satisfaction la machine est retournée.
