Perfect eyeshadow palette
Excellent eyeshadow palette-goes on silky smooth and looks fantastic!

Pretty in Pink
I love a Nars pallette and this one has some beautiful colours, with mainly pink and purple hues. Using a combination of colours I'm able to build a looks that makes my green eyes pop. The only downside is the majority of colours do have a shimmery look and those that don't are dark, meaning it's quite limited in being able to build a day to day look. I tend to use a other pallete in combination to offer more options for base colours but for the price it would have been better to have this built in, offering more versatility in creating everyday looks.

Dreamy eyes
This is an eyeshadow palette colour story I’m always on the lookout for. I have blue eyes and light cool/neutral skin and these colours suit me really nicely. Nars Lavender Haze palette is buildable and gives me many dreamy eye looks that really make the blue in my eyes pop. It’s easy to pick up but as ai said, needs to be built up, it’s not a strong pigment with the first swipe. For these kinds of shades I like the buildable nature, so it’s fine. The shimmer and glitter shades are my favourite for a real dream pop look.

NARS eye shadow palette
The colors are pretty but the shadow comes on very sheer. Its more sparkly and sheer than full of color

We suggest prepping the eye area with either a concealer or a primer, such as our Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base. This will help "grab" the product for more intensity. We would also recommend using a more precise brush for application, such as our #21 Small Eyeshadow Brush, which is smaller and denser, to pick up more product. Begin with a small amount and build the color until the desired intensity has been reached. This wasn't for me, but glitters would disappoint all
I am sad I bought this on final sale, the color story is not workable for me, and the formula is disappointing, it creases and wears off fast, and the shimmer/glitter had fallout like a drugstore palette - even with glitter glue. One eyeshadow stick would have been a better use of the money than this entire palette, missing the eyeshadows I had a decade ago from NARS, such wearable shimmers that held up, thinking we need to keep working on these talc-free formulas as they just aren't performing like we need.

Subtle but lovely
This palette is typical of the brand in the best way, in the sense that it is possible to build diverse looks, cool or warm. The shimmers are more subtle, and that's a good thing if you are looking for more natural, soft shadows. The mattes are very nice, and up to the high quality of the brand's other matte shades.
