Works great on my skin

Love this brush It has a soft bristol which it doesn't scratch your skin . I used it daily around my eye lid

Meh

I normally really love Nars makeup accessories and specifically brushes. Bu thisnone is at least medium, especially considering the price. It creates smudged from the concealer, not sure does it depend on the texture of it, but any thicker, matte concealer works better with a sponge.
