Didn't receive the right product

This review is based on Bloomingdales shipping department. I ordered this item and when I received it, the product box wasn't sealed and contained a dirty used bottle of Mac foundation. I contacted Customer Service and told them how I received the order. The agent refunded my order and unfortunately the product I ordered and paid for was out of stock. I ended up ordering this product elsewhere and it's fantastic.
