Fantastic

I take everything with me everywhere, 100 percent of the time. It's a lot. I also managed to fit in my giant work laptop and various baby accoutrements. This bag fit all of it with room to spare, and the quality has been good so far. There are a million pockets, and I love that everything can have its own place. It's an amazing bag.

Frayed Straps

Loved this bag - (size, color, etc) except that in a very short period of time, the straps began to fray. It only worsened over time. (I've owned the bag for a little under a year).

Zipper is poorly done, slides off my shoulder. Already used it so won’t be returning it.

Love The Bag Hate The Strap Do Not Fold Down

I have many Michael Kors purses and was so disappointed with the quality of workmanship. I would pay more to get the old quality back. Straps should always fold down.
