Awesome, high quality brush!
This is just the perfect brush. I already have the smaller pocket bristle brush but needed something larger with mixed bristles that would penetrate to the scalp better for my fine, short hair. It arrived within three days of my order in the original sealed Mason Pearson box, lovingly wrapped in Bloomingdale’s tissue paper. I believe it was sent from a Bloomies store and I was so pleased with the packaging presentation. My only suggestion to Bloomingdale’s in general is if you’re going to send something like this via UPS, please use a sturdy reinforced box because chances are UPS is going to run over it with a forklift and smush it through a conveyor belt before it’s delivered. My package was in a plastic bubble mailer bag but luckily arrived relatively unscathed. I highly recommend this brush!

Terrible Customer Service
This brush was delivered damaged. Bloomingdale's is refusing to help me get a new brush or to refund me for the damaged brush. Buyer beware purchasing from this store - they have poor shipping and poor customer service.
