Marc Fisher Kolton Boot-Damaged

The shoes I received were unworn, there were no marks on the outsole; however the leather on the inside of the right shoe was very scratched. I unfortunately needed these for a work trip so didn't have time to try and exchange before leaving. Are you able to process a partial refund since these came damaged?
