Shoddiest quality ever

Not only did it come with a stain on the collar, but at least 4 rhinestones are missing . It’s now sold out, so I can’t exchange for a new one. Super disappointed, as it was quite expensive. I expect better of Bloomingdale’s AND Lovedhack Fancy
