  • How To Use It

    - Use the products daily, in morning skincare routine and evening skincare routine.
    - Apply Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum on a clean face and neck using outward and upward motions for a visibly lifted effect.
    - Gently apply a pea-size amount of Rénergie Eye Cream to the lower eye contours (under-eye area). Smooth the cream all around the eye using light strokes, moving from the inner to outer corners of the eyes until the cream is completely absorbed.
    - Follow with Rénergie H.P.N. 300-Peptide Cream. Apply on the face, neck and décolleté after cleansing, toning and using your facial serums. Gently massage into skin using small, upward, circular motions until the cream is fully absorbed.

Great set packing issue

I love the set and the product. I’m not a fan of the triple pump. It just doesn’t pump evenly and it’s a struggle to use. I will continue to buy it but it will be great if Lancome redesign the pump .

Only two of the 3 moisturizers come out of bottle

I had a sample of this and loved it but this bottle only releases two of the 3 liquids. So the concept just doesn’t work. The clear fluid does not come out at all So disappointing. I’ve retried 3 times even tried holding it horizontally- nothing works

If the serum isn't dispensing properly, try turning the bottle horizontally and pumping 3-6 times to remove any air pockets. Some bottles may require more pumps to activate.
