Horrible experience!

It was a HORRIBLE experience. I ordered the right size bracelet on line and the WRONG size was sent. I ordered MEDIUM + (Plus) and received MEDIUM (smaller size). I've sent it back and RECEIVED the wrong size again! Again, it was horrible...so much time spend speaking and explaining the difference in sizes to the customer support team. Whoever was pulling the bracelets and didn't pay attention what was ordered (MEDIUM + PLUS).
