Watch out for defective jars and do not stock up!

Beware of stocking up when there is a Loyallist discount, Bloomingdales is not loyal to you! I opened a new wrapped $400 jar Lamer Rejuvenating Night Cream only to find the lid loose and the product drying out inside. Obviously it was a quality control issue at Lamer. I purchased the jar before I needed it only because I received a Loyallist discount but did not unwrap and open until last night. Too bad for me because I am 10 days past the return window and it doesn't matter to Bloomingdales how much Lamer I have purchased in the past and how good of a Loyallist customer that I am, nor that I am out $400 for a defective product, they would not allow a return or exchange. So do not fall for the stock up hype and make sure to check your products while you can still return them. Taking my business to Nordstrom and Macys in hopes of better customer service if I ever need it again. I had a small sample jar of the same product and you can see in the pictures how a fresh product should look.

Absolutely Love this moisturizer

I’m obsessed with this moisturizer! Yeah, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it. My skin is super sensitive, and I’ve tried a ton of moisturizers that just leave me looking patchy red. But this one It’s amazing! I wake up with nice glow.

Nice night cream

This is a nice cream from La mer and leaves my skin hydrated and plump the texture is not as rich as the original cream which I prefer I have also tried the new night concentrate which I prefer so I have other favourites so would not rebuy unless on offer in a set at a good price

Perfect night cream

I have the night cream and it is wonderful. It's a light cream and perfect for the eye area. That's where I need support and it is doing exactly what I had hoped it would - softening lines.

PREFER THE LA MER NIGHT RECOVERY CONCENTRATE

I use the original cream at night when my skin is dry, so hoped this would give that extra night time hydration with extra active ingredients. Sadly, it is no where near as rich as the original cream - it's more of a soufflé texture - so needed to use lot to get the hydration and moisture I was looking for compared to the original cream. I've just tried the new night recovery concentrate (reviewed separately) and this is far better for me.
