Great facial soap, however, the 2.5 travel size leaks. I have purchased 2 of these in the past year and both of them have leaked into my toiletry bag or ziplock bag. This doesn't just happen for air travel, but by car as well. The product is being wasted and thus money is being wasted.

You lost another customer. The new formula smells different, works different, and is so far from The original that I can no longer trust kiehls (loreal). I’ve been a customer for close to 20 years.

Add me to the chorus of negative reviews of the new formula. I actually thought I had a bad batch and reordered a second bottle. I’ve been using this product for a decade, but this is not the same product anymore. I can’t get past the chemical smell of it, and it caused my forehead to break out. Will not be buying this again unless they ditch this and go back to the old formula. Baffling that this made it to the market smelling like this.

I am a long-time user of facial fuel, but this new formulation smells simply awful. It also left my face feeling dry after the first use. It feels and smells like Kiehl's sold out to deliver a much cheaper product at a luxury price. I am questioning my future with the brand now...

Whatever Kiehls did to the formula, is bad.
I have been using this product for quite a while, but the last bottle I purchased is not the same as it was. The new formula is very watery, like I am back at home with my cheap father who would fill a half empty bottle of soap back up with water to "save money" This is one time I wish the bottle was not so big because every time I shower and use this, I get mad that it will take me so long to go through it. Whatever you were thinking when the formula changed, please rethink it and return to the substantial roots this product came from!

Used to Be Great, Now Unusable
I’ve been using this product for years and it used to be great. But the 3 most recent bottles I bought were awful. The smell was so bad and strong and chemical-like, nothing like before and it barely foamed up at all. The terrible smell stays on your face for a few minutes even after you rinse it off. The first couple I assumed were from a bad batch and threw away 2 full bottles, but when I bought a replacement it was exactly the same, with same bad chemical-like smell. Whatever changed in the formula has totally ruined the product. Very poor quality now and I wasted money on 3 bottles.

Facial Fuel new formulation
I used Kiehl’s Facial Fuel for nearly 20 years. The new formulation is terrible. It seems watered down and requires you to use more of it when washing. Everything I liked about the original formulation is gone. Until the original formula is restored I will not be reordering Facial Fuel.
