Stay away from John V shoes, especially these boots

I've owned two pairs of John Varvatos shoes, one pair being these boots in black. NEVER AGAIN. After one fall and winter season, I had to spend $30 at my shoe cobbler to repair the boots. The sole is glued extremely poorly to the boot itself and the leather is extremely thin. Cheaply done for a premium price...I'll stick with my Cole Haan and Ferragamo collection!

Beautiful boots

I love these boots. they look as beautiful on as they do in the ad. I wear them with everything from chinos and jeans to slacks and a coat. versatile and very good looking!
