I love the protein powder.

Great products

I’ve been taking the hum fan club and the flatter me and I did notice a difference in bloating and mood swings. I’ve forgotten to take them for a day or two and definitely there was a difference… They are all natural and great to help w peri/meopause. I’ve gotten the subscription for the estrogen patches but I’m kinda worried to start on them

I've been using a regime

I've been using a regime for about a month now, and core strength is part of it. While I don't like it on its own, I do love it in my vanilla protein shakes. Another suggestion is not to use a whir stick, but one of those shake bottles that has a ball in it, so when you shake it, all the grit comes out of it. This definitely satisfies my tummy and cravings and it a great addition to four of Hums other products. Btw, I love that it comes with a breakdown of your routine to follow. On a usage note, the scoop and bog are messy! I put everything in a large plastic zip bag, so it stays contained. Overall, a great product.

The taste of this is

The taste of this is very smooth! It’s not chalky like so many other protein powders. I have IBS and this is easy on my stomach - which is my favorite part! It has been hard to find something easily digested and this is FODMAP friendly!!! I have never been able to find one before this. Make sure to mix for 1-2 minutes. It mixes well, it just takes a little time.
